Loretta Burn

Born and raised on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway in New Smyrna Beach, Loretta Burn recalls skipping oyster shells into the Indian River as a child. As a fourth generation native, she holds New Smyrna Beach near and dear to her heart. She has known the riverfront lifestyle her entire existence and is passionate about artfully uniting extraordinary people with exquisite homes along these waterways. Working with Loretta feels like a real estate experience rather than a mere transaction.

Loretta listens more than she talks and places her clients’ needs first. She believes that listening is the rudimentary foundation to understanding the views of another person. As a former Navy Corpsman, Loretta has the never-ceasing fervor of a patriot dedicated to serving those in need. This was exemplified when she answered the call to spend a year to Afghanistan on a classified mission in 2017. Prior to that, she spent several years in medical school, traveled around the world, and has ultimately returned to the exact spot in adulthood where she values her freedom to live and work in New Smyrna Beach. She cherishes the peace and Solace that Waterfront living brings forth.

Loretta has owned and operated top-selling boutique real estate companies since 2008 and continues to focus on luxury waterfront properties today. Her branding strategy is analogous to the medical industry.
